Apple TV Enhance Dialogue is an exclusive feature when paired with HomePod (2nd Generation), but HomePod (2018) and HomePod mini owners may be in luck when tvOS 17.1 releases to the public.

After testing, it appears the feature is working in beta on previous HomePod hardware!
